I can't thank Jacob and Mad Hatter enough for their help today! I was in a complete panic when, on a Sunday afternoon, my work PC wouldn’t start, and I had an urgent project to finish before the morning. I was getting the black screen of death and after hours of searching YouTube and troubleshooting online, I had made no progress. I reached out to several computer repair places and loved that Mad Hatter mentioned on their voicemail that I could also text. I sent a quick text, and they promptly responded. Jacob asked a simple question, provided me with a few clear instructions, and my issue was completely resolved. He went above and beyond helping me in a pinch on Sunday afternoon and his kindness and efficiency in such a stressful moment literally brought me to tears. I recommend everything that this place has to offer. The staff is fantastic.
